Who is responsible

This privacy policy covers One More Build, Cedar Creek Harvest, and this website. For privacy questions or requests, contact privacy@onemorebuild.io.

Cedar Creek Harvest

The current release builds run offline. Farm progress and preferences are stored locally on your device. The game does not require a One More Build account, and these builds do not send your farm or gameplay activity to us. They do not include advertising or third-party analytics SDKs.

Experimental online co-op exists in development builds and is not enabled in these release builds. Before online features are made available in a release, this policy and the relevant store disclosures will be updated to explain their data handling.

You can replace your farm using the game’s New farm option. To remove all local game data, use your device’s app-data controls or uninstall the app; device backups may keep copies under your device provider’s settings.

Website visits

This website is hosted by Vercel. Delivering and protecting the site involves processing technical request information, such as your IP address, requested page, browser information, and request time. The site does not add advertising trackers or analytics scripts, and its fonts are served from this website. See Vercel’s privacy policy for its handling of service data.

Email and support

If you email us, we receive your email address, the name you provide, your message, and any attachments. We use this information to answer enquiries, investigate problems, and respond to privacy requests. Email is handled through Namecheap Private Email. Please send only information needed for your enquiry.

We retain correspondence for as long as needed to resolve the enquiry and related follow-up, or to meet applicable legal obligations. You can request deletion at privacy@onemorebuild.io. Where information must be retained, we will explain why.

App stores and beta testing

Apple and Google process information when you download, purchase, or test an app through their services. TestFlight and Firebase App Distribution may provide us with tester details, installation or build information, crash reports, and feedback you submit. Platform diagnostics depend on the service and your device or account settings. We use information made available to us to deliver testing builds, fix problems, and improve the game.

Those providers control their own account, payment, diagnostic, and retention practices. See Apple’s privacy policy and Google’s privacy policy. We do not receive your payment-card details from app-store purchases.

Use, sharing, and security

We use personal information to provide support and testing, operate and secure the website, and meet legal obligations. Where applicable, our grounds are providing a requested service, legitimate interests in operating and improving that service, consent where required, and compliance with law.

We do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising. Information may be processed by the hosting, email, and distribution providers described above, or disclosed when required by law. Providers may process information in countries other than yours. We limit access to information needed to operate these services; no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, obtain a copy of, or restrict or object to processing of your personal information, and to withdraw consent where processing relies on it. Contact privacy@onemorebuild.io. We may need information to verify your request. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.

Local game data is controlled on your device. Requests about Apple or Google accounts, purchases, or their independently processed data should also be directed to that provider.

Children

The current offline game does not ask players to provide personal information. We do not knowingly solicit personal information from children. A parent or guardian who believes a child has sent us personal information can contact us to request its removal.

Changes

We will update this page when our practices change and show the effective date above. Material changes will also be communicated where required.
